A customer has the right to cancel all or part of his/her order by e-mail to and before Dodekaeder Förlag has dispatched the book(s). Dispatch means that the customer has received an e-mail or SMS stating that the order has been sent or is available for collection.
Messages from Dodekaeder Förlag are normally sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery is normally made by parcel or by letter. If the delivery time is expected to be longer than stated on the Dodekaeder Förlag website, the customer will be notified by e-mail, who then has the right to cancel their order by e-mail before dispatch has taken place.
Dodekaeder Förlag is responsible for the goods until delivery to the customer. The goods are considered delivered when the shipment is delivered to the mailbox, dropped off at the door of the residence, picked up at the agent or signed for upon delivery at the door. The customer is responsible for the goods when they are returned to Dodekaeder Förlag. The goods are considered delivered to Dodekaeder Förlag when the customer return is received by the publisher.
If the customer does not collect a shipment, or the shipment is returned due to incorrectly registered information, Dodekaeder Förlag has the option to charge a fee, as compensation for shipping and expenses. In case of return from abroad, Dodekaeder Förlag has the right to charge the customer all shipping costs for the shipment as well as a fee as compensation for handling and expenses.
Private customers have the right to cancel a purchase, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods (“withdrawal period”). A customer who wishes to invoke the right of withdrawal must notify Dodekaeder Förlag within the withdrawal period via email@example.com whereby the Swedish Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form can be used.
The customer shall at its own expense return the goods to Dodekaeder Förlag without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days after the date on which the customer notified Dodekaeder Förlag of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if the customer returns the goods before this fourteen-day period has expired.
If a customer exercises the right of withdrawal, Dodekaeder Förlag shall without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which Dodekaeder Förlag was notified of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the agreement refund the customer’s costs for the goods including the delivery cost. However, Dodekaeder Förlag reserves the right to make the refund at the earliest when the goods have been received in return from the customer or the customer has provided Dodekaeder Förlag with proof that the goods have been returned.
If Dodekaeder Förlag has delivered a defective or damaged product or if the shipment has been lost in transit, the customer must complain about the purchase to Dodekaeder Förlag via firstname.lastname@example.org. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the customer discovered or should have discovered the defect, but no later than three (3) years from the date of delivery. The complaint must contain information about the order number, invoice number and book title that the customer wants to complain about. Returns in the event of a complaint may only be made once the complaint has been made and return instructions have been received from Dodekaeder Förlag. The customer has the right to return the faulty book at Dodekaeder Förlag’s expense provided that the customer follows Dodekaeder Förlag’s instructions. Returns may not be made against cash on delivery or COD.
In case of an accepted complaint, the customer has the right to:
receive a new, faultless product free of charge, keep the product and receive an agreed price reduction, or cancel the purchase, in which case the product will be returned and any payment made will be refunded.
